Judge Frederic M. Schott

Fred Schott is a judge on the Seminole County Court Group 5. He was elected to this position on November 2, 2010 to a 6 year term that ends on January 2, 2017. Seminole County Judge Schott got his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida in 1982 and graduated from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law in 1985. Judge Schott went into private practice in 1986 and made partner in 1991. In 1993 Judge Schott opened his own law firm and remained in private practice until his election in 2010. Judge Schott received 36.5% of the vote in the primary in 2010 and then won the election with 51.39% of the vote in the general election.
